Because many Custom This Design products are custom-made or personalized, they generally cannot be returned due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-provided errors.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from the approved order, please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

After review, we may provide a replacement, reprint, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once printing or customization has started, cancellation or refund may no longer be available.
