Custom products require production time before shipping. Production starts after payment, artwork, and order details are confirmed.

Shipping time begins once production is complete. Delivery times depend on the shipping method, destination, and carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Custom This Design is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a package is lost or misplaced while in transit, please contact Custom This Design as soon as possible so we can assist with filing a claim or inquiry with the shipping carrier. If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but it is missing or suspected to have been stolen, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and, if necessary, local authorities. Custom This Design is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.
